Acceptable Use Policy

1. You must not

Use Nerve or build an Agent to:

• break the law, or help others do so;
• send spam, run deceptive campaigns or contact people without the consent the law requires;
• harass, defraud, impersonate or mislead people, including presenting an Agent as a human when the law or good faith requires disclosure;
• generate or share malware, or attack, scan or overload systems you do not own;
• infringe intellectual property, or process data you have no right to use;
• process special categories of personal data, or children’s data, unless your agreement allows it and you have a lawful basis;
• make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on people without appropriate human oversight;
• probe, bypass or disable security, rate limits or approval controls, or access another workspace;
• resell or provide Nerve to others as a competing service without our written permission.

2. Connected services

You must follow the terms of every application, AI provider and MCP server you connect, and must not give an Agent access you are not entitled to grant.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate violations, remove content or suspend access, and cooperate with authorities. Report abuse to [legal@your-domain].
